Agreement to the terms
By accessing or using Hangout Buddies, a user agrees to these terms and any related policies referenced on the site. If a user does not agree with the terms, the service should not be used.
Account responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate, current information when creating or maintaining an account.
- Account credentials should be kept secure and not shared with others.
- Users are responsible for activity that occurs under their account unless unauthorized access is reported promptly.
Reservation terms
- Bookings are subject to availability, confirmation, and any service-specific conditions shown when you send a Booking Request.
- No payment is collected online. You pay your Buddy in cash, in person, after the experience, at the price shown when the booking was confirmed.
- Because nothing is paid in advance there are no refunds or credits. Cancellations and changes follow the cancellation window shown on your booking, and repeated late cancellations may limit future bookings.
Prohibited behavior
- Harassment, abusive behavior, fraud, impersonation, or illegal activity is not allowed.
- Users may not misuse the platform, interfere with site operations, or attempt unauthorized access.
- Any activity that creates trust and safety concerns may lead to suspension, cancellation, or permanent removal.
Suspension and updates
Hangout Buddies may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform, revise these terms, or take action on accounts when necessary to comply with law, protect users, or maintain service integrity.
