What is included and what is not

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you travel to the court yourself or meet your Buddy at reception.
- Non-marking indoor shoes, light sports clothes and a towel. Bring your own racket if you have one.
- Courts are indoors, so only your journey is affected. Halls get hot, so bring water.
Your responsibilities
- Complete the health declaration and emergency contact before the session
- Warm up, know your own limits and stop when you should
- Pay the venue directly for the court and any hire
- Follow the venue's rules and keep to its booking times
