What is included and what is not
- Your Buddy's time and company for the booked hours, paid in cash after the experience
- Translation of what you want before and during the cut

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you meet on foot or by your own Grab ride and walk to the shop together.
- Anything you like. A collar you can open makes the cut easier, and bring a photo of the style you want.
- Rain does not affect a barbershop visit. Allow a few extra minutes for traffic when it is pouring.
Your responsibilities
- Tell your Buddy exactly what you want, and speak up during the cut if something looks wrong
- Mention any skin condition or allergy before a shave or a product is used
- Pay the shop directly, in cash, at the price shown
- Meet at the agreed public point and stay in the shop's public area
