What is included and what is not

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No travel is involved. The session happens on the agreed video platform, from wherever you are.
- Anything you like. A quiet room, decent light and a stable connection matter more.
- Weather does not affect an online session. If your connection drops, reconnect on the same platform or agree a new time with your Buddy.
Your responsibilities
- Stay on the agreed video platform for the whole session
- Never share ID documents, passwords or payment details in a session
- Test your camera, microphone and connection before the start time
- Keep the session to the language, study or work you booked it for
