What is included and what is not

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you travel to the court yourself or meet your Buddy at reception.
- Court shoes with good grip, light sports clothes, and a cap and sunglasses for outdoor courts.
- Outdoor courts close in heavy rain and are hard work in midday heat. Your Buddy suggests a time or a covered court to suit.
Your responsibilities
- Complete the health declaration and emergency contact before the session
- Warm up, know your own limits and stop when you should
- Pay the venue directly for the court and any hire
- Follow the venue's rules and keep to its booking times
