What is included and what is not

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you travel to the venue yourself or meet your Buddy at the entrance.
- Indoor trainers and comfortable clothes you can move in. Bring your own bat if you prefer it.
- Indoors, so only your journey is affected. Halls can be warm, so bring water.
Your responsibilities
- Complete the health declaration and emergency contact before the session
- Know your own limits and stop when you should
- Pay the venue directly for the table and any hire
- Respect the other players sharing the hall and the venue's rules
