What is included and what is not

Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you travel to the club yourself or meet your Buddy at reception.
- Tennis or court shoes, light sports clothes, a cap and sunscreen. Bring your own racket if you have one.
- Most courts are outdoors. Rain stops play and midday heat is best avoided, so early or evening sessions are usual.
Your responsibilities
- Complete the health declaration and emergency contact before the session
- Warm up, know your own limits and stop when you should
- Pay the club directly for the court and any hire
- Follow the club's dress code and booking rules
