Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you each travel to the agreed public cafe or library.
- Anything you like. Cafes and libraries here run cold air conditioning, so a light layer helps.
- Indoors, so only your journey is affected. Allow extra time in heavy rain, when traffic slows.
