In a class the studio's instructor leads; in the park you follow your own practice. Class fees are paid by you.

What is included and what is not
- Your Buddy's time and company for the booked hours, paid in cash after the experience
- Company on the mat and translation where the class is in Vietnamese
- Help choosing a studio or park that suits your level
- Class fees and mat hire, paid by you at the studio
- Instruction or correction; that is the studio teacher's role
- Personal accident or health insurance
Safety, helmet and clothing
- No vehicle is involved; you travel to the studio or park yourself or meet your Buddy at the entrance.
- Stretchy, comfortable clothes and bare feet or grip socks. Bring your own mat for a park session.
- Studio classes go ahead in any weather. Park sessions move earlier, later or indoors when it is too hot or raining.
Your responsibilities
- Complete the health declaration and emergency contact before the session
- Tell the studio teacher about injuries and work within your own limits
- Pay the studio directly for the class and any hire
- Follow the studio's rules and arrive in time for the start of class
